Robby Angle
Robby is the president and CEO of Trueface, a ministry dedicated to building relational and grace-filled discipleship in the church. He also serves as the discipleship advisor for RightNow Pastors+. Prior to serving at Trueface, he served for seven years as the director of adult ministry environments and men’s groups for North Point Community Church in Atlanta. Robby also worked in professional counseling and aid work for Samaritan’s Purse.

The course under Step One is for you and a team of leaders you select to complete individually to prepare for Step Two. Step Two is a course for you and your team of leaders (lay leaders, staff, elders, etc.) to complete together. Step Three includes a variety of courses and tools for you and your leaders to use in your church as needed.

Plan for an hour to an hour and a half to complete each session of the Discipleship Framework Course (Step Two). The videos in this course are short, and the discussion questions and activities will likely take up the rest of your meeting time. Sample meeting agendas are included for each session in Step Two.
The other courses in Step One and Step Three can be done at your own pace. The course in Step One provides questions for personal reflection. The courses and tools in Step Three include group questions and activities.
Step Two is six meetings long. Feel free to cover the sessions in increments that make the most sense for you and your leadership team. For some, it might work best to go through one session a week. For others, it might be better to cover one session a month. We do not recommend doubling up on sessions.
